. Managing kitchen operations, developing and innovating menus, leading and training kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality, managing food costs and inventory, and collaborating with upper management on budgeting and overall restaurant success.

. Handle administrative matters and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

. Ensure general housekeeping & cleanliness.

. Able to work efficiently in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and human resources management skills to train and motivate staff
