Executive, Strategic Partnership & Fund-Raising

Join the Fundraising Team at SATA CommHealth, where you will play an important role in developing fundraising initiatives, organising events and building relationships with donors, sponsors and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise SATA CommHealth events and activities to achieve fundraising and engagement goals
• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns, including digital campaigns, signature events and face-to-face engagement
• Develop strategies to promote fundraising initiatives and events effectively
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting and on-site execution
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events
• Maintain and optimise the donor management database to improve efficiency and donor engagement
• Attend to enquiries relating to donations-in-kind, sponsorships and community projects
• Manage gift processing and respond to donor enquiries

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, event management or marketing
• Experience in the social services or non-profit sector would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
