We're looking for a proactive and analytical Executive / Senior Executive to join our Operations Management team in SHQ (Singapore Regional HQ).
What You'll Be Doing
- SHQ operations: Manage operational activities to align with the company's commercial objectives and operational requirements.
- Cross-team collaborations: Manage communication across SHQ departments and areas to achieve operational targets.
- Drive cost efficiency: Monitor and achieve KPIs related to terminal cost savings from HQ, GBP, BOA, and storage costs.
- Reporting & analysis: Prepare and present operational reports to HQ and SHQ management for strategic decision-making.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in vessel and terminal operations.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with shipping consortium agreement.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis.
