Job description
The Indoor Sales Executive will support sales activities by providing technical advice, quotation preparation, and customer coordination, ensuring accurate solutions, timely responses, and smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Prepare and provide quotations based on customer inquiries
Follow up on quotations to ensure customers have received and reviewed the offers, and update quotations as required to reflect any changes in customer needs or market conditions.
Order processing, acknowledgment and pre-payment with customers
Proactively manage customers & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Update CRM
Attend to walk-in customers and respond to phone and email sales enquiries
Review terms and conditions between the company and customers prior to implementation
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales Support, preferably in the Electrical sector (strong knowledge of electrical components)
Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Able to work independently and as well as in a team
Confident, and self-motivated
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
