Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal deployment of resources using the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
- Lead and manage a team of Service Controllers, using online resources and support systems to conduct real-time monitoring of bus service performance take the necessary actions to minimise service delays, resolve emergencies and restore service disruptions to ensure service reliability on the roads
- Make critical decisions and ensure the appropriate communication with all parties involved
- Analyse trends and recommend improvements for overall service performance and resource applications
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Operations
- Calm and controlled when responding to stressful or unpredictable situations
- Strong situational awareness ability and leadership qualities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Able to perform shift work
