Executive/Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tendering)

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead tender preparation, including BOQs, pricing, and tender reports.

. Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.

. Manage risk assessment and tender compliance.

. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

. Ensure tender submissions are accurate and compliant.

. Develop and mentor junior QS staff in tendering.

Requirements:

. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

. 5-8 years of QS experience in tendering with 2 years in a leading role.

. Strong track record in tender management and winning projects.

. Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.

. Excellent leadership, communication, and tender management skills.

. Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
