Key Responsibilities:
. Lead tender teams for building works projects, overseeing QS inputs, pricing, and submission.
. Manage and develop Junior/Executive/Senior QS.
. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for tender clarifications and queries.
. Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet client requirements.
. Develop and implement tender strategies, risk assessments, and pricing approaches.
. Monitor tender pipeline, forecast, and report on tender outcomes.
Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
. 10+ years of QS experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
. Proven track record in tender management and winning projects.
. Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
. Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam, etc.).
. Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.
. Familiarity with BIM and digital QS tools.
. Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
