Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.

PURCHASING

  • Calculate sales forecast for running products based on past sales history, as well as sales & marketing plan.
  • Conduct S&OP meeting with respective teams to review order forecast.
  • Request M+4 MKT Plan from MKT team for promotion and new products.
  • Request Incentive Plan from Sales team.
  • Check and process Purchase Order (PO) based on sales order.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, and invoicing.
  • Verify stocks order send are reflected in HQ records.
  • Update relevant team on discontinued / renewal stocks.

INVENTORY

  • Work closely with warehouse team on maintaining the stock list.
  • Evaluate on Block Stocks, to verify status with relevant team when necessary.
  • Lead the preparation on stock take exercise and prepare the necessary steps before conducting stock take. Verify stock take results with the store in charge and review on stocks discrepancies.
  • Work with the store manager and marketing teams for any promotions (sales mechanics).
  • Liaise with the store manager on monthly buy calendar based on brand product launch, new brand set-ups in the store.
  • Review of stocks excess and shortage observed

LOGISTIC

  • Monitor shipment and update the Costing & Purchasing and sales team for any incoming shipments and/ or delays.
  • Liaise with HQ (vendor) shipping team for any shipments related queries and action to take.

DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER

  • Monitor Returns from the warehouse and delivery teams.
  • Processing of returns in system
  • Communicate with the WH on the necessary GR into Warehouse

REPORTS

  • Monthly Brand sales and sell-through
  • Monthly shipping tracking
  • Weekly block stocks report

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 2 years working experience in SCM function, preferably in the retail/beauty industry)
  • Three (3) years related administrative experience
  • Strong communications skills to articulate Brand needs to Supply Chain network outlining Supply Chain needs/capabilities to the Brand
  • MS Excel, Word
  • Willing to take initiative and a positive attitude
