- Handle policy processing duties for corporate clients group policy such as process new business, renewals, termination, enrolment, endorsements and invoicing of premiums in accordance to corporate standards
- Interpret approved policy contract provisions and translate into client codes and business rules for update of policy admin system
- Process applications and ensure accuracy and integrity
- Ensure proper documentation, records, filing and handle related administrative duties
- Able to liaise with internal stakeholders when necessary
- To initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
- Take on any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in administration.
- Knowledge in insurance will be an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and positive with all business needs change
- Take ownership and accountability for the task assigned
- Able to work independently and be a team player
