RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support.
- Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.
- Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
- Occasionally need to support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours. Flexible off days will be compensated for such work deployment.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.
- A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.
- Preferred experience in training, administration, or course coordination.
