Executive/Senior Executive, Partnerships & Engagement

We are looking for a sharp individual to engage and build relationships with donors and partners.

We welcome you to apply even if you have no fundraising experience in the social service or non-profit sector, but have relevant transferable experience, eg, in sales, partnership or stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and engage individual and corporate donors
2. Produce fundraising letters, proposals and impact reports
3. Support diverse fundraising channels, campaigns and events

To succeed in this role:

1. At least 2 years of experience in sales/fundraising/donor stewardship
2. Excellent storytelling and event management skills
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently
4. Resourceful, proactive and team player
5. Proficient in working with digital tools
6. Experience in working or volunteering in social services is an advantage
7. Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training and are required to complete SgSL Level 1
