Executive/Senior Executive, Health Safety & Environment

Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate Executive/Senior Executive - HSE to join our team. This full-time role will be based in the Pioneer region and will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive health, safety and environmental management systems

- Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards

- Providing expert guidance and training to employees on HSE policies and procedures

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

- Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions

- Preparing detailed reports and presentations on HSE metrics and initiatives

- Review safe practices of contractors, permit-to-work, documentation, licenses and competency of contractors as well as comprehensiveness of safety control measures

- Undertake appointment of Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC) and Food Hygiene Officer (FHO) for in-house canteen, overseeing the day-to-day sanitary operations and food safety checks

- Document Controller for controlled HSE documents

- First Aid Program Manager

- Handle daily PPE requisition and distribution
