PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct and administer all Security Programs within YCH Group.

2. Manage and oversee Security Operations, Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, IDS, VMS etc) & Corporate Security Policy & Processes at designated YCH sites.

3. Taking the lead in project management of setting up of new sites and/or new projects which requires installation of new security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS, VMS etc) for new or existing YCH sites.

4. Take responsibility for issuing, managing, and controlling the Security Management System (SMS), and update and reissue as required.

5. Conduct security risk assessments and review of security protection plan for the designated sites

6. Ensure site compliance with Corporate Security Policies and Procedures

7. Monitor Security System Equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance is carry out.

8. Respond to Security incidents and investigate security breaches

9. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on all security matters or issues relevant to the designated YCH sites.

10. Manage the security guarding contract for the designated site and ensure security vendor meets performance standards as defined in the Service Level Agreement KPI.

11. Conduct Security Awareness Training to YCH staff, vendors and security personnel.

12. Undertake other ad hoc assignments or duties as required by the Head, Security.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Education Level: Minimum Diploma education & above

. Preferably with experience with the military/police service/ security industry in a supervisory role.

. 3 to 5 years of experience working with Security Operations, physical security design and implementation of Security Systems (Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance)

. A good team player, possess high level of initiative, hands on, meticulous in details, organized and resourceful

. Strong in communication an interpersonal skill and customer focus

. Able to work independently and resourceful in scope of work

. Have a good understanding of risk management principles and application of mitigation measures

. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and designs

. Detail oriented

. Good IT and networking knowledge

. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
