Job Summary
As a key member of Traveloka's Human Resources team's Talent Acquisition functionpart of the Corporate Functions Job Family Group's People Job Familyyou will leverage your senior-level expertise to shape strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business growth. This role places you at the forefront of building and enhancing our talent ecosystem, ensuring we attract top-tier professionals while upholding our inclusive, success-driven cultural values.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end talent evaluation and screening processes, including resume analysis for critical skills/qualifications, conducting screening interviews, supporting hiring managers with interview coordination, candidate testing/ranking, reference checks, and delivering constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates
- Develop targeted job descriptions, manage multi-channel job advertising and posting (internal/external platforms), and provide clear specifications to external recruiting agencies to expand talent reach
- Lead proactive talent prospecting efforts, such as representing Traveloka at employment fairs, driving campus recruiting activities, and building robust sourcing pipelines for high-priority talent pools
- Act as a consultative business partner to senior leaders and HRBPs, delivering market intelligence and competitive insights to influence data-backed hiring decisions and ensure recruitment practices align with organizational values, business goals, and compliance standards
- Build and nurture effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBPs, Rewards, Finance) and manage external vendors/agencies to optimize recruitment quality and cost-effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition processes, contribute to future workforce planning, support HR system implementations, and lead projects that enhance recruitment capability and candidate experience
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen Traveloka's reputation as an employer of choice, enhancing candidate journey experiences and leveraging marketing channels to attract and retain top talent
- Lead direct sourcing and talent mapping initiatives using networking, referrals, and market intelligence to build proactive pipelines for immediate and long-term hiring needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven track record in talent acquisition leadership with significant experience in executive search or leadership-level hiring
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and proactive pipeline development for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience interacting effectively with C-level execs
- Exceptional discretion and integrity in handling highly confidential executive searches
