Executive, RCDA

We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy individual to support Retail Loan Operations transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement by facilitating process enhancement opportunities, coordinating change initiatives, promoting data-driven decision making, and driving the adoption of AI and automation tools across the operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders, and turning improvement ideas into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Support the identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities across Retail Operations.
• Facilitate process reviews, workshops, and discussions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and monitor progress against agreed outcomes.
• Document current and future-state processes and maintain process governance standards.

Data & Analytics Support

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and management insights using available analytics tools.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Promote the use of data-driven approaches within the operations team.

AI & Automation Enablement

• Identify suitable use cases for AI, automation, workflow digitization, and productivity tools.
• Coordinate pilot projects and proof-of-concepts with business and technology teams.
• Support operational teams in adopting AI tools and automation solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and share relevant applications with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree in Business, Banking, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-8 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations preferred, Process Improvement, Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or Transformation Support roles.
• Exposure to operations, process improvement, or digital initiatives is preferred.
