Working closely with the account, creative and production teams, the Experiential Marketing Executive will help bring brand ideas to life — from developing concepts and proposals to coordinating suppliers, managing event logistics and supporting on-site execution.

This role is suited to someone who is creative, organised, hands-on and eager to learn, with an interest in how brands can engage audiences through experiences.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to creative development, client servicing, production, event operations and post-event reporting.

  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, F&B, entertainment, manpower, transportation and technical requirements.
  • Assist with site visits, production meetings, rehearsals and event-day preparations.
  • Support the project team during on-site execution and ensure assigned responsibilities are delivered smoothly.

Client Servicing

  • Support the account team in managing day-to-day client communication and project updates.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, proposals and project documents.
  • Follow up on client requirements and ensure actions are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.

Supplier & Production Coordination

  • Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers and production partners.
  • Obtain and compare quotations and assist with cost negotiations.
  • Coordinate production requirements, artwork, fabrication, logistics and installation.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure deliverables meet the required quality, timeline and budget.

On-Site Event Execution

  • Assist with event setup, rehearsals and breakdown.
  • Support the management of event staff, suppliers and operational teams on-site.
  • Ensure guest journeys, programme flows and activation touchpoints are executed according to plan.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate challenges to the project lead when required.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and execution throughout the event.

Business Development

  • Support the team in developing pitches, credentials presentations and new business proposals.
  • Research potential partners, trends and experiential opportunities that could add value to client projects.
  • Contribute ideas that can help strengthen existing client relationships and create new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or delivering events, activations, product launches, brand experiences or corporate events is preferred.
  • Strong interest in brands, creativity, marketing and consumer experiences.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Able to contribute creative ideas and think beyond conventional event formats.

  • Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Comfort with budget monitoring, basic cost analysis, and ensuring events are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including guiding junior team members and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in events, marketing, or related fields; agency or brand-side experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
