Job Description

About Omnicom Media

Omnicom Media is the world's #1 media network — ranked best performing global media group by RECMA, the industry's definitive independent benchmarking authority, earning the top position globally and across all four regions: North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Our competitive edge is built on the industry's most advanced technology ecosystem: Acxiom RealID™ for identity resolution, Flywheel for commerce intelligence, and Omni™ — our proprietary AI-powered marketing operating system. At Omnicom Media, we don't just plan and buy media. We design dynamic Growth Ecosystems that help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster and smarter.

We are a content and creative agency that connects brands to culture through ideas that earn attention — across social media, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns. As we grow our content capability, we are looking for a Content Executive who is equal parts curious and capable: someone who can research, write, coordinate, and contribute to the kind of work that makes brands matter to the people who follow them.

The role reports to the Content Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of content strategies and editorial calendars for client social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, video scripts, and campaign content across a range of client categories and tones of voice.
  • Research platform trends, audience behaviour, competitor content, and cultural moments to fuel ideation and keep client content sharp and timely.
  • Assist in the identification, outreach, and briefing of influencers and content creators for client campaigns, supporting end-to-end coordination and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams, videographers, photographers, and external vendors to ensure content is produced on time and to brief.
  • Schedule and publish content across client channels, maintaining platform best practices and consistent publishing rhythms.
  • Track and compile performance metrics from social media analytics tools, contributing to campaign reports and optimisation recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, content proposals, and campaign documentation with well-organised, clearly written supporting materials.
  • Maintain content libraries, asset management systems, and project trackers to ensure smooth workflow across accounts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role within an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands, platforms, and content formats.
  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms — you understand what performs, why, and how to tailor content for each platform's audience and algorithm.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing processes, from creator identification through to campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Basic proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics); experience with scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrent accounts without dropping the ball.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude — you take initiative, ask the right questions, and follow through on your commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) is an advantage.
  • Contract Terms: This is a 12-month contract role based in Singapore. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the contract.

Work Pass Notice: We regret that we are unable to sponsor or support any Singapore Work Pass or Visa applications for this position. Only candidates who are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid existing work authorisation are eligible to apply.
