To maintain and enforce all QC activities to ensure product's quality is in accordance with the ISO standards of the Quality Management System, Company's Manufacturing Specification and customer's requirements to enable sustain profitability and satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the QC Manager in maintaining control procedures and enforcing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Approve product lots, investigate quality issues, and maintain/enforce product quality in accordance with Company's Manufacturing specifications.
- Perform the role of Document Controller, and ensure all documents are properly managed.
- Maintain and update the plant's Quality Flowchart, specifications of raw materials, and collate raw material Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Coordinate the implementation of company management system audits and management reviews, as well as support corrective actions.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer complaint investigations with other support functions, and support Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments on packaging trials, cost reduction, and product improvement.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging, evaluate and monitor the quality of packaging materials and incoming products governed by contractual agreements.
- Manage and update quality documents (COAs, SOPs, manuals)
- Conduct visits and quality audits of key suppliers, liaise with suppliers and internal teams on quality matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess professional certification in Quality Management System Internal Auditor will be advantageous
- Highly self-motivated, independent and resourceful
- Possess good communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in Jurong Island
