- Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using sensory, physical, and analytical testing to meet quality standards
- Run routine checks, calibrations, and basic maintenance on equipment to keep results accurate and reliable
- Support investigations into quality issues, rejected items, and customer feedback, helping to drive solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized QC laboratory environment
- Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen QA/QC processes and continuous improvements
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities to support team and business needs
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures and analytical methodologies.
- Foundational knowledge of chemistry principles.
- Sensory evaluation skills
