Job Description

Primary Role: Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and oversee construction projects from site implementation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities and end-users
  • Lead and coordinate project meetings, providing directions and problem-solving support.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and obligations, safety regulations, industry standards and local building codes
  • Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and project documentation, if required
  • Ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Supporting Role: Resident Engineer Responsibilities


  • Supervise construction works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Monitor construction progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to contractors and project teams.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of site activities, non-compliance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Verify quality assurance measures and enforce safety regulations on-site.

Key Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Recognized Resident Engineer certification by IES/ACES
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, authority approvals, and contract specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of Autocad, BIM and PSSCOC is a bonus
