Executive, Partnership & Engagement
This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Events & Partnerships, as part of the Enterprise Team. The Executive will build and maintain relationships with corporations and foundations to identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities that contribute to CARE Singapore's growth and fundraising goals. This includes strengthening existing relationships through regular engagement, impact reporting, and recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Donation Management:
- Identify and engage potential corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners to enhance funding and programme sustainability.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies, including targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the Donation Management System (DMS) and ensure timely submission of data for reporting and audit purposes.
Fundraising Campaigns & Events:
- Plan, develop, and implement fundraising initiatives targeting corporate sponsorships, community-driven campaigns and individual giving.
- Conceptualise and produce donor communication materials such as newsletters, impact reports, and publicity content.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including policies, the Charities Act, and governance codes for IPCs.
Inter-Departmental Collaboration:
- Assist in coordinating stakeholder-related events, including logistics and on-site support.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify on-the-ground needs and align partnership opportunities accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fundraising and engagement efforts align with CARE Singapore's mission and strategic objectives.
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Resourceful with strong written and communication skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support overlapping projects.
- Possess a strong work ethic, initiative, and a process-improvement mindset
- Hands-on and self-motivated team player
- Experience in a non-profit, social service, or fundraising environment is an advantage
