About The Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations department in preparing, validating, and submitting internal, external, and regulatory reports. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Operations department in the preparation, validation, and submission of internal, external, and regulatory reports.
- Conduct data analysis, define extraction rules, prepare and cleanse data, and perform testing and verification.
- Implement, monitor, and track reporting processes on an ongoing basis.
- Support regulatory and group reporting requirements, including CRS, FATCA, and OTC derivatives reporting.
- Ensure all report submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation, validation evidence, and supporting records for all reports produced.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including report enhancement and automation.
- Assist in industrywide and regulatory testing exercises, such as SDIC DSE testing, at an enterprise level.
- Perform adhoc tasks and provide operational support as required.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years experience in banking operations.
- Prior knowledge or handson experience in MAS regulatory reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with regulatory or operational reporting processes and system testing.
- Strong focus on timely delivery and high accuracy of outputs.
- Demonstrates strong aptitude for data handling and IT tools.
- Meticulous and detailoriented approach to working with data.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
