Key Responsibilities
1. Post-DLP Estate Handover (Project Service)
- Prepare budgetary maintenance quotations for clients.
- Follow up with MCST/Managing Agents as the DLP approaches completion.
- Coordinate formal estate handover from Project to Service Department.
- Ensure completeness of handover reports, documents, and commissioning details.
- Conduct system walkthroughs and obtain official sign-offs.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospects and generate qualified leads.
3. Consultative Selling & Solution Design
- Conduct needs assessments.
- Provide tailored recommendations.
- Work with technical teams to design customized solutions.
- Develop proposals including cost estimates, scope, timelines.
4. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct demos of electronic security and digital modules.
- Present features, benefits, and advantages.
5. Promote Additional Hardware & Digital Solutions
- Introduce and promote LPR, QR/Bluetooth/Mobile access, VMS, FR devices, intercom, CCTV integrations.
- Promote digital modules including facility booking, announcements, marketplace, automation.
6. Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with MCST councils and Managing Agents.
- Provide ongoing support and manage post-sales inquiries.
7. Internal Coordination
- Work with Project, Service, Technical, Engineering, Product teams.
- Maintain estate records.
- Prepare proposals and documentation.
8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market segments.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in technical sales, estate solutions, or electronic security systems.
- Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, fire alarm, and estate platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
