Unique opportunity to join the Mergers and Acquisitions team at ST Engineering. This role is open to candidates with no experience but good academic record.
The Mergers and Acquisitions team provides end-to-end support to the business areas and senior management in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint venture activities. The role include:
- Providing well thought-out recommendations to management in respect to investment and divestment, covering strategic rationale, valuation, deal structure and risk mitigation strategies
- Performing detailed valuation and financial analysis to support decision making
- Project managing cross-functional teams in due diligence activities
- Preparing management updates including investment proposals and Board presentations
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation including letters of interest, definitive agreements, public announcements and regulatory submissions
- Providing administrative support to senior team members
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Finance
- Strong problem-solving skills, good presentation and project management skills
- Well-developed valuation and financial analysis expertise including cash flow modeling skills
- Team player who establishes strong relationships with the business divisions
- High proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight deadlines
