Job Summary:
The primary role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) at SADM Collections is to provide centralized Collections operations and activities to support global Accounts Receivables function. This includes managing and following up on accounts, attending reviews and meetings plus reporting and presentations.
Key responsibilities and duties:
. Global Accounts Receivable collections based on portfolio of accounts assigned
. Ensure that KPI for Overdues and Aging of AR is met
. Attending AR reviews with manager and relevant parties
. Clearance of receipts by customers in working closely with Finance on payment application
. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments for the improvement of operational efficiency
. Work closely with SADM, Sales and Support Team plus Credit Department on customers payment delinquency
. Coordinate and collaborate with various biz partners in resolving issues, problems and escalations
. Handle Customers and Banks enquiries
. Performing Oracle adjustments
. Performing Refund to customers
. Audit confirmation - both statutory (with Auditors) and accounts (with Customers)
. A team player to provide backups and support when needed
. Besides normal operational work, candidate is required to do reporting, reviews, presentations, etc
Preferred skills:
. Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree holder
. Accounting / Finance knowledge is required
. Proficient in both English and Chinese languages (verbal and written) to support shared services environment
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
. Experience with Oracle system is an added asset
. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and demonstrated potential are also welcome to apply.
. Occasional early working hours (6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.) required to support customers in the U.S. and Europe full-week coverage not expected.
. The role may involve visits to domestic and overseas customers as part of business requirements.
