About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team in the Ang Mo Kio (Techplace I).

This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing our product portfolio, contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage multiple product lines, with a strong understanding of product applications and business cooperation to expand market presence

• Oversee inventory control, conduct regular reviews of inventory status, and maintain inventory health

• Drive demand creation initiatives and consistently meet revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong working-level relationships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration

• Managing and nurturing key customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities

• Collaborating with the FAE team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings

• Providing regular sales and product performance reports to the management team

• Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or product management role, preferably within the electronic/ technology industry

• Able to converse in Mandarin, as to communicate with our Chinese counterparts

• Proficiencies in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & AI Software (ChatGPT, etc)

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Occasional travelling is required

• Preferably with driving license and own a vehicle
