Roles and Responsibilities

• Organise and execute membership recruitment roadshows and activities
• Conduct membership recruitment talks to large audiences
• Follow up on membership application matters and resolve application-related issues.
• Promote NTUC membership benefits and services offered by NTUC and related organisations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
• Design marketing and publicity materials for membership campaigns, events, and activities.
• Collate statistics on membership metrics and analyse trends
• Support branch satellite offices to drive membership growth and retention
• Understand members needs and assist in referring them to appropriate programmes or support channels
• Assist members with queries and membership-related issues
• Process membership applications into database system
• Assist in social media publicity

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or related discipline with relevant experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in membership sales and/or within a membership-based organisation.
• Familiarity with creating social media content
• Multilingual (English and another language)
• Good with PowerPoint design and presentation
• Familiar with design software (such as Canva, Photoshop etc)
• Basic data analysis via MS Excel or data visualization skills
• May be required to work in evenings and/or weekends on a needs basis
• Class 3 Driving License
