Job Description

Responsible for processing membership applications, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate membership records. Possess a strong understanding of club rules, regulations, and offerings to effectively communicate with members and address their needs.

Main Duties

  • Membership Processing:

o Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions

  • Data Management:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.

  • Member Support:

o Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.

  • Membership Communications:

o Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.

  • Sales and Lead Generation:

o Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including proactive outreach and social media engagement.

o Effectively follow up on inquiries, deliver compelling product information, and convert leads into new members.

  • Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

o Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

o Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions, to attract and retain members.

o Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Marketing Plan Execution & Analysis:

o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

o Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Prior Social Media Marketing experience is a plus.

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
