Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Pass, SPass, and Work Permits
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and renewals
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
  • Support and administer on-boarding and off-boarding program
  • Coordinate HR activities

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A Level/Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Effective in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
