Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Pass, SPass, and Work Permits
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and renewals
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
- Support and administer on-boarding and off-boarding program
- Coordinate HR activities
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A Level/Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Effective in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office
