Job Purpose
The Executive, Accounts (Contract) will support the Finance team in the day-to-day accounting and finance operations within the Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle partial set of accounts (GL) for multiple entities within the group.
- Review and verify Accounts Payable invoices to ensure accuracy, proper documentation and approval compliance.
- Perform month end closing activities for multiple entities including preparation of journal entries and reporting packages.
- Prepare quarterly GST workings and support timely GST filling in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting or administrative task as assigned (e.g vendor creation in the system, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reconciliation, reporting, and data analysis.
