Role Overview

The Community Investment Executive supports the planning and delivery of Prudential Singapore's local community investment strategy. This role involves coordinating end‑to‑end volunteer management activities, engaging a range of stakeholders, and supporting impact measurement and communications to ensure high‑quality initiatives that deliver meaningful community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Volunteer Management (End‑to‑End)

Support comprehensive volunteer management across the full programme lifecycle, covering both desktop‑based coordinationand on‑the‑ground execution to ensure a seamless, well‑supported volunteerexperience.

Planning and Coordination (Desktop‑Based)

  • Support volunteer recruitment processes, including registration management, confirmations, and ongoing communications.
  • Maintain accurate volunteer databases and trackers, including participation, attendance, and role allocation records.
  • Coordinate pre‑event briefings and prepare volunteer materials and toolkits, including briefing notes, run‑of‑show documents, and post‑event feedback instruments.
  • Act as a liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners to manage queries, expectations, and logistical requirements.
  • Support duty‑of‑care and risk management processes, including dissemination of safety guidelines and escalation protocols.

On‑Site and Field Execution

  • Support on‑site volunteer registration, coordinate volunteer flow, role rotation, and adherence to programme timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support relationship‑building with volunteers through active engagement and responsiveness during events.

Post‑Programme Engagement

  • Support post‑event communications, including appreciation messages and feedback collection.
  • Consolidate volunteer participation data and insights to inform reporting and continuous improvement.

Design and Development of Volunteer Communications

. Support the design of publicity materials for community investment programmes, including eDMs andpresentations.

Impact Assessment and Communications

  • Support impact assessment activities, including data collection and analysis for reporting.

Requirements

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Foundational design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers.
  • High levels of self‑motivation, flexibility, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Experience

  • Minimum one year's working experience in any sector.
  • Experience in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Events or Communications roles is preferred.

Education

  • A diploma or degree in any discipline qualifications in the social sciences are an advantage.
