The role will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders to propose improvements for gaps identified during reviews and propose follow-up actions to close the gap.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Enhanced Monitoring (EM) review for representatives under EM. Perform end-to-end quality checks, including following up with relevant Business Units on service recovery.
Ensure sample sizes for reviews meets the required standards and is tracked accurately.
Spot compliance gaps or errors during reviews and propose actions to close the gap.
Provide training for new and existing reviewers to ensure the team remains on evolving standards.
Prepares information and/or documents for management and regulatory reporting.
Work with respective stakeholders to develop tools to improve efficiency of the review process.
Undertake any work (e.g., projects) assigned from time to time.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree or above.
Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Compliance related work in insurance industry or enforcement agencies.
Proficient in MS Office and applications.
Possess excellent communication skills
Has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills.
Has a self-motivated personality and is able to work well in a team.
Resourceful and adaptable to changes.
