Job Responsibilities

• Assist to create new vendor accounts in system. Check bank accounts are valid and update vendor records.
• Create payment transactions
• Provide support in processes that include performing checks on non-fundable items in claim forms, following up with finance on sampling checks, downloading claim forms and updating payment details in the financial systems.
• Assist in proper maintenance of grant and payment records.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diplomain Accountancy, Business, Finance or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Word & Excel)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance-related work
