1 year contract Executive Assistant/Secretary (Up to $7000)
Our client is a leading Healthcare MNC
Job Responsibilities
- Regional and overseas travel arrangements and accommodation
- Supporting senior stakeholders and team for admin matters
- Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
- Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
- Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
- Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- 5-8 years of secretarial experiences
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Good command of English and written communications skills
Salary ranges from S$6,000 to S$7,000 per month
