Job Description
- Support the Professional Engineer in coordinating, preparing, and following up on Authority Submissions.
- Collaborate closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and other stakeholders to develop designs from conceptual stages through to detailed design.
- Identify and address any discrepancies in design outcomes.
- Carry out tasks within the agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
- Take full responsibility for completing key design elements across various building services, including ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, electrical, ELV, and fire protection systems.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of BIM modeling practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Well-versed in local building codes and authority submission processes.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates without experience may be considered, if he/she possess the right attitude.
