Executive Engineer (Electrical Distribution Control Centre) (Shiftwork)

What You'll Do

1. Manage the operation of the Distribution Control Centre (DCC)
2. Carry out remote operation of High Tension (HT) networks
3. Attend to HT network incidents
4. Handles difficult customers and complaints
5. Ensures all event reports in the system are signed off promptly
6. Ensures the efficient management of the Fire Alarm Monitoring Station (DECAM) at DCC
7. Prepares monthly and weekly reports for submission to management
8. Prepares incident reports on HT outages and voltage dip for submission to regulator
9. Assist in managing system upgrading for DCC and Electricity Service Centre (ESC)
10. Assist in OHSAS certification for Distribution Control & Customer Services (DCCS)
11. Assist in ISO certification ISO 9001:2015
12. Conduct risk assessment for DCCS activities

What You'll Need

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline from recognised university by PEB, Singapore
2. Must be able to work 3-shift on rotation for 24/7 operation
3. Good grasp of using Microsoft 365 applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Team, Power Apps, etc
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous
5. Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
