Job Description

This Role will be responsible for managing all things related to: Planning, Procurement, Replenishment and Product Transformation for the Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Seafood Night Operations.

He/she will collaborate very closely with his/her peers for the five focus areas of the CPU: 1) Fish & Seafood, 2) Fruits & Vegetables, 3) Poultry, 4) Beef, 5) Seafood Night Operations Admin. This Role will report to Lead, CPU.

Responsibilities

  • Operational KPIs such as: Procurement, replenishment and production planning of Salmon, Poultry and Beef, F&V and other consumables, Fulfillment on time, Yield/Shrinkage, to minimise out of stock.
  • Constant process of reviewing costs of goods and understanding market trends to negotiate with suppliers in achieving strategic buying decisions.
  • Oversee product transformation and system transfer.
  • Oversee and tracking of flow of goods between CPU & Seafood Night Operations.
  • All administrative functions related to production operations, such as inventory management, CPU stock and non-merchandise replenishment, feedback management relating to inventory drop off.
  • He/she works with/leads a small team of associates who will be responsible for: Planning, management of Inventory and production transactions in relevant systems, store order fulfillment capturing, etc.
  • The team will report to him/her with regards to process compliance, improvement, and work closely with the respective production leads for every BAU topics such as issue, specific transaction, coordination, issue resolution and other BAU matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma Holder in Supply Chain with production planning experience in similar role and proven track record of Impact and continuous drive for improvement and learning.

Required Skills

  • Relevant work experience in Planning, Procurement, Product Transformation, Operations Management or other relevant positions.
  • Good understanding of Systems including SAP.
  • Good understanding of Cost Analysis, Operations and/or Logistics Management principles, inventory flows and movements.
  • Experience in the Food Processing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets.
