About Us
We are a dedicated charity organisation committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs. Our mission is to provide support, resources, and advocacy to ensure that every child receives the care and opportunities they deserve, empowering them to express themselves, build confidence, and grow through the transformative power of music, with the long-term aspiration of enabling them to pursue music as a career.
Join us in this meaningful work and become part of a compassionate, purpose-driven, and close-knit team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised, and motivated Executive to join our small team.
This role is a key generalist position that supports the organisation's strategic and operational functions, good governance, financial administration, and the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including funding and grant applications, budgeting, accounts administration, compliance matters, and stakeholder support to ensure the organisation operates effectively and in alignment with its objectives.
As this is a confidential position, the Executive will be required to maintain and update records, databases, and files with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

The successful candidate is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, sound judgement, and initiative across multiple functional areas. Candidates whose experience is limited to clerical duties or basic administrative support may not find this role suitable.
