Drive Asias energy transition with us! O ur Gas & Related Services segment is a key growth engine, delivering reliable and efficient energy to industries and communities across multiple countries. We support Asias growing energy needs while advancing the shift to a lower-carbon future.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner relationships management through corporate visits and events including but not limited to asset visits, ceremonies, etc. to cultivate positive relationships among key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events including invitations, logistics, communication materials, etc.
  • Facilitate corporate planning process for GRS and its business units, such as alignment of annual key deliverables and corporate calendars
  • Design and create corporate pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate strategic initiatives, business plans, and organizational goals to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in reporting needs throughout the year
  • Assist with administrative processes for the department
  • Handle inquiries pertaining to assets visits

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field; 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and layout
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Powerpoint.
  • Proficiency in editing software to develop content (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
