What you'll be doing
Support work planning, budgeting, and operational coordination for assigned service point(s)
Manage procurement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and tracking
Oversee daily operations and support operational issue resolution relating to patient experience, patient flow, wait time, admissions, billing, and service delivery
Work closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and operational efficiency
Drive workflow reviews, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancement projects
Manage and follow up on feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters to ensure service excellence
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required
Support implementation of operational policies, new initiatives, and process improvements
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related studies
Similar working experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinic operations, or service management
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
