Operations Executive, Clinical Finance (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities across healthcare service units
• Monitor operational performance, workload trends, KPIs, and utilisation reports across multiple sites
• Assist in service costing, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments for new and existing healthcare services
• Track CAPEX utilisation and support operational finance reporting and analysis
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making and resource planning
• Work closely with Finance and operational stakeholders on reporting, budgeting, and service planning matters
• Support process improvement, operational analytics, and ad-hoc projects within the department

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Analytics, Accountancy, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
• Comfortable working with data, financial information, and operational reports
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in healthcare, operations, finance, analytics, or planning roles will be advantageous
