Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Operations Executive to manage corporate onboarding and client reporting. This role is critical in ensuring that new corporate clients are integrated seamlessly onto our app and receive exceptional ongoing support.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution focused, has clear communication, and is comfortable translating raw usage data into clear monthly reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Onboarding
. In charge of the transition process from BDM once a contract is signed.
. Manage the backend setup of client profiles, ensuring all specific contractual requirements are reflected in the system
. Guide corporate clients through the technical and administrative setup on the app
. Conduct walkthroughs and create documentation to ensure clients, administrators, and employees understand how to use the platform
2. Client Reporting & Analytics
. Aggregate data and generate comprehensive monthly reports for corporate clients, highlighting key usage metrics like MAU, engagement statistics, medical service usage, claim categories and usage
. Regularly audit client data within the system to ensure reporting accuracy
. Provide the internal team with specific datasets or insights needed for quarterly reviews or contract renewals
3. Operational Support
. Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding journey and implement solutions to reduce time-to-live for new clients
. Maintain meticulous records of corporate onboarding status, engagement, and reporting schedules
. Act as the primary point of contact between the BD team, Customer Support, and the Product/Engineering teams regarding client-side technical issues
