The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) is seeking a motivated and organised individual tosupport our membership, events, and IT coordination functions. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and is open to parttime applicants, with the portfolio customised based on the candidate's strengths and experience. You will report to the Chief Executive and work closely with a small collaborative team to deliver quality services to our members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with outsourced IT vendors on service matters
- Manage and maintain the association's membership CRM system (Glue-Up)
- Ensure data accuracy and support digitalisation efforts
- Support planning and execution of member events (e.g., networking, CSR, sports)
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and participant communication
- Process new applications and administer membership renewals
- Maintain member records and update company information
- Manage fee invoicing, collection, and followupsTrack membership pipeline and prepare simple reports
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid work arrangement (remote + office)
- Parttime or flexible options. available
- Workload and responsibilities will be discussed and tailored for suitable candidates
.Salary Range indicated is for full time monthly basis and will be adjusted according to the work hours committed
