A leading global private bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide full-spectrum administrative and operational support to a team of senior bankers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy private wealth management team.
- Coordinate bankers schedules, meetings, business travel and related logistics.
- Prepare and process expense claims in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle general office administration: maintain office supplies and equipment, liaise with IT/desk support to ensure smooth functioning of phones and computers, and manage seating plans for new hires and office moves.
- Provide on-the-ground support to visiting team members from other offices.
- Undertake and deliver ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management; other banking experience will be considered.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong reading and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented personality with good judgment and professional conduct.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Demonstrated accuracy and high attention to detail in daily work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
