Key Responsibilities – Executive Assistant (Global Investment Firm)
- Extensive calendar and diary management across multiple time zones
- End-to-end coordination of complex international travel (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries)
- Liaising with global EA teams to ensure seamless scheduling and execution
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and team logistics
- Preparing itineraries, documents, and executive materials
- Managing expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements – Executive Assistant (Global Investment Firm)
- 8–12+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within professional or financial services
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, global mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with travel and expense platforms
