Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives within the Value Creation team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the team, coordinating schedules, travel, meetings, and strategic initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders within the Value Creation team, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and expense management
  • Prepare and manage meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives, portfolio company management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support execution of strategic projects, offsites, operating reviews, and leadership events
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with broader team operations, including process coordination, vendor management, and ad hoc administrative support as needed
  • Anticipate executive needs proactively and help drive efficiency across day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment management, consulting, or other fast-paced professional services environments
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities seamlessly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-performance environment while remaining adaptable and composed under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience coordinating across global teams and time zones preferred
