Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support across the CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) and Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) practices. This is a multifaceted role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Directors and wider practice teams, taking ownership of financial administration, calendar and operational management, and the end-to-end coordination of events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Management

Support the CFO&EV practice through monthly financial review meetings, covering both Finance and Risk & Compliance functions. Responsibilities include:

. Pipeline Management - Review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce and liaise with the Account PMO team to ensure timely and accurate updates are reflected in the system.

. Sales & Revenue Tracking - Monitor and report on overall sales and revenue performance relative to budget targets, flagging variances and ensuring data integrity ahead of each review cycle.

2. Secretarial & Operational Support

Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Managing Directors, including:

. Calendar Management - Manage MD calendars proactively, ensuring full alignment between Accenture internal and client-facing account calendars.

. Meeting Coordination - Arrange face-to-face meetings as efficiently as possible, coordinating logistics across multiple stakeholders and locations.

. Timesheets & Expenses - Manage timesheet submissions and expense reporting on behalf of the MDs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

. Visitor & Access Management - Handle visitor clearances including building access requests and Wi-Fi provisioning for guests and new team members.

3. Events Management

Coordinate logistics for regular team meetings and ad-hoc client-facing events across both practices:

. Regular Team Meetings - Organise monthly meeting logistics for the CFO&EV Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings and the DRC Risk & Compliance team meetings, including:

- Confirming and booking venue

- Arranging lunch and refreshments

- Collaborating with Managers responsible for content curation

. Ad-Hoc Events - Support the planning and execution of client-facing events such as Roundtables, Workshops, and vendor partnership events, managing end-to-end logistics from initial scoping through to on-the-day delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative role, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.

. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, with experience supporting pipeline and revenue tracking processes.

. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

. Demonstrated experience managing multiple executive calendars simultaneously across different time zones and stakeholder groups.

. Proven track record in end-to-end event coordination, including vendor management, logistics, and on-site support.

. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.

. High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels including senior leadership and external clients.
