Executive, Analyst

Job Description

• Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance.
• Prepare market reports for updates to internal management and key stakeholders.
• Assist in financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects.
• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company's properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present the analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
• Initiate Asset Enhancement initiatives to improve returns on the properties
• Manage cost of operations and maintain desired level of property services commensurable with the positioning of the properties
• Assist in preparing OPEX / CAPEX budget and manage the annual maintenance / capex expenditure within approved budget
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related studies
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Leasing or Asset Management industry
• Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability
• Have a passion in the Real Estate and Asset Management industry
