Job Description
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed and issued in an accurateand timely manner
- Ensure completeness of documentation (including approvals) for allinvoices and credit notes issued
- Prepare and process of funds receipts (e.g. cheques, landlord voucherdisbursements, credit card payments, etc), customer refunds
- Reconcile and posting journals for monthly point redemptions, deliveryplatform sales and commissions (e.g GrabFood, Deliveroo, FoodPanda), E-storetransactions, Corporate entertainment and tasting, management fee billings
- Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions within theparameters of HCT policies and procedures
- Prepare and posting of monthly landlord vouchers entries
- Prepare sales report for monthly GTO submission
- Perform bank reconciliation and preparing of journals for month endclosing
- Prepare and submit monthly Government surveys
- Issue of dining vouchers
- Assist in year-end audit
- Anyad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum Diploma with accounting knowledge
Experience
- Meticulous anddetailed oriented
- Self-motivated,proactive and committed
- Good command of MSOffice (Excel, Word etc)
- Able to work independently as well asin a team
- Proficiency inEnglish and Chinese
