EXECUTIVE

. Managing, executing and follow up with portals assigned such as online sales, content, delivery, platform campaign management and upkeep of newness in all web-store product catalogue according to company standards

. Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all channels.

. Processing online orders from e-commerce platforms.

. Handle all customer related enquiry by email, chat and social media.

. Provide good support to customers for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

. Assist to brainstorm, structure, and improve the digital and e-commerce platform and the continuous engagement process with customers.

. Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for the e-commerce platforms

. Ready to take on AD HOC Duties & Able to handle and possess understanding of online marketplaces (Such as Lazada Shopee Seller Centres, Websites)

. Sales driven personality and has basic understanding of customer service

. Comfortable with using Microsoft Office (Excel).

. Comfortable with using social media.

. Independent and resourceful.
